On closer inspection, it isn't frosted black glass, it's frosted black plastic covering the whole bottle. Either way, it looks good. I had five bottles last night, and I'm afraid once I got drunk, I couldn't taste it as well. But it was still good. Of course, I was nodding off during Wolf's Rain, but I was essentially aware of it. I was aware of it ending. Then suddenly I was surprised to realize FLCL had been on for awhile, so I got up and went to bed. I'm having the last bottle now, and it tastes good.

Today... I went to a bagel shop near work, at the Chagrin store I'm working at this week instead of Bainbridge. There are several nice places near this store, including a Starbucks, which believe it or not is something I've never seen in Maine and hardly at all anywhere else. I've only really been in them in California, but I'll make a point of going in this one sometime this week. But anyway, today I got a bagel at Einstein Bros. bagel shop. It's odd that a bagel costs 75 cents, but a bagel with a shmear costs $1.99. How the hell does a bit of sour cream cost more than the bagel itself? Whatever, it was good. And I had a decent cup of coffee there, too. After work I went to the gelato shop near work. I've never been to one before. I don't think this is a great one, but it's a novelty for me, and I like it. I tried a tiny spoonful of tiramisu gelato, but it tasted more like egg nog. Then I tried a spoonful of hazelnut gelato, and bought a small cup of it. Pretty good. I'd like to try more flavors, but I suppose I won't have much of a chance. Also it's expensive. Anyway, this gelato stuff seems like the soft serve we used to get at Bonanza (except it didn't come out of a machine), and maybe a few other ice cream shops around Maine. But any place I've been before just called it, you know, soft serve, like I said. I'm not sure if it's the same kind of thing or not, really, but it seems like it, so it probably is.

When I got home I paid all my bills for the month. Except my Gevalia bill which I'll pay in a week or so. Can't think what else to say right now.
